2020 HRF Medal of Honour Call for Nominations!

Now Accepting Nominations until June 25th, 2020

Since its inception in 1945, the HRF Medal of Honour has been awarded to truly outstanding individuals whose research and/or contribution to public policies supportive of research and development in Canada have achieved international recognition.

Nominees must be Canadian residents whose work/research has been performed in Canada and has made a truly notable or pivotal contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the health sciences, health policy and/or the improvement of therapeutics and healthcare. Recipients can originate from a variety of fields and sectors including patient organizations, academia, media, industry, and the public and non-profit sectors.

The $20,000 prize will be invested into innovative health research at the Canadian academic institution of the recipient's choice to promote further health and life sciences research in Canada.
